As part of the development of our eXpertise Center specializing in the design and production of aeronautical drilling templates, additive and composite manufacturing tools, mock-up/test tools and bending/draping tools and expansion, for our market in Germany we are looking for :

a Business Manager M/F based in Hamburg

 After a training period in our Saint-Nazaire design office, you will manage the front office of the eXpertise Center in Germany.

Reporting hierarchically & operationally to the Development Manager of the subsidiary in Germany, you are in charge of customer relations and local subcontracting. Your role is to support them from pre-sales until the end of the project.

 With this in mind, your main missions are:

- Prospect potential customer needs in your area in conjunction with the group's commercial unit

- Respond to calls for tenders from the eXpertise Center,

- Write technical specifications and carry out preliminary projects.

- Ensure contractual reviews and the proper delivery of tools,

- Carry out the final inspection of tools in our local subcontracting panel,

- Manage on site with a local network all modifications to make the product compliant with customer requests

- Handle certain projects from A to Z in a small team requiring responsiveness.

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers

Profil recherché

Trained as an engineer, bac+5, or experienced technician, bac+2/3, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the aeronautics sector and on turnkey projects.

 You demonstrate great autonomy and are rigorous in the tasks assigned. You do not hesitate to propose innovative ideas to improve the processes in place. Regular reporting to management will be requested.

You have interpersonal skills, excellent communication and business sense.

Knowledge of the design of mechanical assemblies under CATIA will be a plus.

Practice of English, German and French at a professional level.  You are interested in both French and German cultures

The position requires travel: 25% of the time
